About Me
I’ve had a passion for learning as long as I can remember. It led me to work abroad, learn multiple languages, and ultimately build a career in learning and development. This journey also included pursuing a Master's in Communication and International Entrepreneurship from the University of Nottingham, where I honed skills in business and organizational communication and graduated with distinction.
For the past decade, I've held leadership positions that involved designing and managing a wide variety of training programs. I've built onboarding and leadership development, created comprehensive career ladders, authored eLearning content, led teams of trainers, and facilitated hundreds of virtual and face-to-face training sessions. Along the way, I've proven myself to be attuned to the needs of business owners, adept at engaging with front-line staff, and highly capable of delivering training solutions that drive growth.
Now settled back in the US, I've channeled my passion for learning into my role as a senior instructional designer. I've continued to design training solutions that resonate with diverse staff, kept pace with changes in instructional technology, and built connections across the L&D community.
When I’m not working, I spend time catching up with friends and exploring the Pacific Northwest with my wife and two young children.
